👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent–Teacher Meet at Dhanavallabh School 📚✨
Dhanavallabh School recently organized a Parent–Teacher Meet (PTM) to discuss important academic updates and strengthen the partnership between parents and the school.
The session focused on:
- Introduction of the Two Board Exams for Class X (from 2026 onwards) – parents were briefed about CBSE’s new evaluation policy, its structure, and benefits for students.
- Details of the SAFAL Examination (Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning) – its importance in assessing foundational skills and guiding student learning outcomes.
- General but important rules for parents – including regular attendance, punctuality, proper uniform, completion of assignments, healthy communication with teachers, and creating a disciplined learning environment at home.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for parents to clarify their doubts, share feedback, and understand how they can support their child’s academic journey more effectively.
🌟 At Dhanavallabh School, we believe that collaboration between parents and teachers is the key to holistic development and success of our students.
📌 Parent Guidelines
To ensure smooth functioning and effective communication, parents are kindly requested to:
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality of their ward.
- Check and sign the School Diary/Calendar daily for homework, instructions, and teacher’s notes.
- Send students in proper school uniform with neat grooming.
- Encourage children to complete assignments on time and revise regularly.
- Promote healthy habits, discipline, and a positive learning environment at home.
- Communicate with teachers only through the School Diary/Calendar or scheduled PTMs for academic or behavioral concerns.
- Avoid giving individual instructions to teachers that conflict with school/CBSE norms.
